This is a 16" Excel rim laced to a Billet Kite hub assembly with heavy duty spokes. inner tube holds air with no leaks. Wheel bearings feel tight and rotate freely. Has some rock chips, and surface scratches as shown, nothing major or excessive, and looks amazing when installed! Ready to bolt on and ride.
