2004 HONDA CR250R OEM RIGHT ENGINE MOTOR CRANKCASE CRANK CASE BLOCK 04921-KSK-670 This right crankcase is in good condition and shows normal signs of wear. Removed from a good running bike. Case overall is in great shape with all bolt holes and sealing surfaces intact minus one small ding on the head gasket area, but seals without issue and did not leak. The only issue on this case is a tiny hairline crack in the countershaft bearing journal (see photos). This crack has caused the bearing to not fit as tight as it should. The bearing drops in tightly by hand with no play, but should be more of a press fit. The bike was running fine as is with this crack, but recommend either repairing this crack or using a Loctite bearing retaining compound when installing the bearing to ensure it stays in tight in the journal. Recommend using some retaining compound on the main bearing journal as well (no cracks here, but bearing requires slightly less force then normal to install). No other cracks or issues. Comes with good condition used bearings and hardware as shown. Removed From: 2004 Honda CR250R Please review all pictures to assess the condition of the item.
