Dampening and rebound is decent, seals leak slowly when compressed, is recommended forks be serviced before installed for optimal performance. Lower chrome in nice shape no excessive wear or pitting, upper tubes in decent shape some light wear on the lower collar on left fork and light scratches as shown. Can be ran as is but is recommended they be serviced for best performance.
