This lower tree is in fair condition and shows normal signs of wear. No cracks or repairs. Stem at the top is a little mashed as shown, all threads still intact, and nut threads on as should. Bearings will need to be replaced. One threaded hole for front fender is slightly mashed all other threads are fully intact. Will need some work before being able to be used, and is not intended it be installed as is.
