Seals however do have a slow leak, and is recommended both forks be serviced before installed for optimal performance. No deep scratches, or pitting to lower chrome plating. Upper tubes have some minor knicks,scratches, and scuffs however is purely cosmetic and does not effect how they mount, or function.
