This swingarm is in very good condition and shows normal signs of wear. No cracks welds or repairs, has one bolt broken off as shown, has some damage from chain wear as shown as well but is not all the way thru to bearing area left side chain adjuster hole is stripped out and will need to be repaired/helicoiled, will need all bearings replaced before installed.
