    Condition: Used

    This OEM clutch assembly is in decent condition and shows some signs of wear. Clutch basket has some decent grooving in it as shown. Center hub is in good shape with no deep grooves and all threaded holes intact. Pressure plate also in good shape with no excessive wear. Ring gear on basket is tight with no wiggle. No chipped or broken teeth. Includes all hardware as shown. Overall the assembly is in good shape except for the grooving in basket fingers. *** PLEASE NOTE*** This is a 7-plate basket for 1986–1989 CR500R. In 1990 Honda updated to an 8-plate design through 2001. The included ring gear and starter gear work on any 1986–2001 bike, but the basket is the 7-plate 1986–1989 version. This is not an 84–85 basket — a common mix-up due to the same KA5 casting being used across all years. The difference is the starter gear inner diameter: 28mm on 84–85, and 32mm on 1986–2001. This basket is 32mm.
