How do I know if the part is in good shape?

We stand behind our products 100% and we want every customer to be completely satisfied with the parts they purchase from us. All parts are carefully tested and inspected to ensure that we can describe them as accurately as possible in the listing. We capture all sides of the part and the photos you see on the listing are exactly as the part will arrive. We offer a 30-day moneyback guarantee on any parts that are not as described or defective. If you receive a part that is defective or not as described, please email us at info@hggarage.com as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

How long does shipping take?

We pride ourselves on our fast shipping and processing times to get you the parts you need! All orders are processed within 24 hours of checkout and picked up by USPS or UPS. You can expect transit time for shipments to the lower 48 states to be between 1-5 days, depending on your distance from Virginia. International shipment transit times can vary depending on location, and will have an estimated ETA when checking out. We provide tracking on all orders, so you will be able to check the status at any time. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking data to post. There is always a possibility that USPS or UPS can be delayed, so if you have any questions or concerns about shipping time or if you have not received your order, please reach out to info@hggarage.com.

What do I do if I received the wrong, damaged or defective part?

In the rare case that a part is defective, damaged, or you have been sent the wrong part, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will take care of it for you! If the part looks to be damaged in shipment, please save all packing materials, and take photos of the condition of the package and damage to the part. We will gladly assist you in solving the issue. How do I know if a part will fit my bike?

You can refer to our vehicle fitment chart under each listing. We link all Manufacturers OEM part numbers with each item, which gives us an accurate list of all the models that the part will fit. Sometimes parts for different years or models may have different part numbers, but are still compatible. These may not necessarily be shown in the vehicle fitment chart due to the differing part numbers. However, if you have any questions on part fitment, fork conversion, wheel swaps, motor swaps, etc, please reach out to us before purchase and we can help verify. We have done many different conversions and have a broad knowledge of fitment.

What is your return / refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Please note that we may charge a 15% restocking fee on returns (not including defective, incorrect, or damaged items). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original/new condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@hghgarage.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return questions at info@hggarage.com. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, like sale items, items that have been damaged due to install or user error, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and/or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What is your shipping policy / Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We offer free shipping on all orders to the lower 48 states. For international shipping as well as items shipping to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Alaska, and Hawaii, etc, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. What happens if I don’t receive my order?

Check your tracking number for any updates. If it shows delivered or has been stuck in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date email us at info@hggarage.com so that we can figure out and resolve the issue.
