Will need to be repaired \/ replated or sleeved. All threaded holes are intact. Head gasket sealing surface in good shape. Base gasket sealing surface has some tool marks as shown and one of the locating dowels has been mangled as shown by previous owner and will need to be removed and bore cleaned up.
